Neither Green Hands nor its proprietor Naomi Andersson will be responsible for any damage caused during the use or misuse of the website or from any information contained therein. All material and information presented by greenhands.co.uk is intended to be used for educational or informational purposes only. The statements and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. Please consult with your own doctor or health care practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations made at greenhands.co.uk

Communication:
Green Hands will communicate with you via the email address and telephone number you use when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us. Green Hands will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.

When you place an order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Please check that all details are correct. If not please contact us immediately. Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and Green Hands when you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

Distance Selling Regulations:
In accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling you may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. Green Hands will be happy to accept the return of unopened saleable goods if so required. See our Returns Policy below for full details.

You agree not to use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the site or access to the site to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way. You must not use the site for any purpose that could damage the name of Green Hands. You must not use the website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity (including breaches of copyright, trademarks, intellectual property and/or privacy) or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party.

All payments must be with your own credit card and with adequate funds to make payment. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any enquiries rising from the above may be directed to orders@greenhands.co.uk If you are buying from outside the UK, your credit card will be debited in UK pounds and your credit card company will exchange it into your home currency at the time of the transaction.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print only those areas of the site so required in the process of using the site as a shopping resource. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part or content of the site for any other reason, without prior written permission and appropriate reference is expressly prohibited. Whilst every effort is made to maintain correct and current information on the site, typographical or omission errors may occur in prices, descriptive copy or photography. Green Hands reserves the right to correct these errors or withdraw the offer and change or modify any content or terms and conditions at any time. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your goods purchased from Green Hands, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund, in this instance please contact us. You will need to cover the cost of returning your unwanted goods. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within 21 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange, your refund will be given in Sterling. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace good if the seals have been broken, or the products used, unless they are faulty.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours from receipt of order. should we encounter any problems with either lack of information or out of stock items you will be contacted immediately.
All UK Inland orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Postal service. Please allow up to 4-5 days for actual delivery (1st class post is not a guaranteed next day service).
All International orders will be dispatched with International Signed For a service from Royal Mail. A signature is required for delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.

Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until it has been in the postal system for a period 15 working days and 21 working days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has passed. If you have ordered a large item, please first check that your local Royal Mail sorting office are not holding it for collection. The Royal Mail states claims for loss, part loss and damage must be submitted within 12 months of posting. Therefore Green Hands must be informed in good time to ensure a successful claim. Royal Mail will contact Green Hands with the outcome or an update of any complaint within 30 calendar days. Please bear this in mind while we seek compensation.
