Finally a
more natural alternative to those ugly hand warming mitts used
in salons across the globe! You no longer need to plug your
clients into the mains while they relax! Ideal for mobile work
too.
The idea
came to me as I trailed wires across someone's sitting room.
With the help of one of my customers who recommended cherry
stones and our highly experienced seamstress the Green Hands
Heated Mitts were born.
|
These heated
mitts work on the principle of wheat and cherry stone bags, held
precious by those who own them. Ideal for relieving stiffness,
sore joints and symptoms of arthritis. When used in combination
with a hand mask, moisturising oils or hand creams the warmth
generated helps the products to penetrate the outer surfaces of
the skin, leaving it smoother, nourished and supple.
Simply
microwave for a minute (or less this varies), keep in your towel
warmer or airing cupboard and use as normal in your manicure
routine. Cherry stones keep their heat really well, when they
are warm they smell fresh and calming. Enhancing your clients
experience with an even greater feeling of wellbeing.
Each
mitt is hand crafted, the stitching finish is of a very high
quality, The mitts come with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee.
Fine white cotton mitt liners are available, we advise you use
these next to the clients skin with your usual plastic wrap on
top to ensure your mitts stay clean and hygienic. Clients will
prefer the non sweaty feeling of having natural cotton next to
their skin.
The mitts
are currently available in cream with blue check, if that
doesn't suit your salon please contact us to discuss
your requirements.
Safety Notes: These mitts do not have a thermostat,
you will need to monitor carefully how hot they become in
your microwave or towel warmer. Never leave a mitt heating
in a microwave unattended. Never place mitts on a client
without first checking how hot they are. Salon hygiene is of
the highest importance, you must ensure the mitts stay clean
and use plastic liners individual to each client.
Note: Cotton Mitt Liners should be considered single use
items before going on a hot machine wash to ensure they stay
clean and fresh for your next client.
