Treatment Guidelines:
Use once a day, every day, or more as required. Set up a
routine, perhaps keep it at your bedside and massage your
cuticles and nail area with a single drop of oil at bedtime.
Try and find a time where you won't be washing your hands
every five minutes. The massage you do will nourish the
